My name is Mario Furore<\/b> and I was born in Foggia, in the beautiful region of Puglia, in 1988.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In 2012, my search for political and social change led me to become an activist in the Five Star Movement. In 2014, I obtained a degree in Law at LUISS University in Rome.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t
\n\t\t\t

After years of active engagement and a constant presence on the ground, in May 2019 I ran for office and was elected Member of the European Parliament<\/b> for the Southern Italy constituency (Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Puglia, Basilicata and Calabria). In 2024, I was re-elected with 38,237 preference votes.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t

During my years of activism, both online and locally, I have gained a great deal from the Movement. Numerous projects, ideas and shared solutions emerged from this experience. Through this collective and participatory path, I have developed my own vision of community and active political engagement.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I am currently a Member of the CULT and JURI Committees of the European Parliament, a member of the Delegation to the Euro-Latin American Parliamentary Assembly, and a substitute member of the Delegation to the EU\u2013Chile Joint Parliamentary Committee.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In 2015, I had the responsibility and the honor of being selected as a collaborator of Rosa Barone at the Regional Council of Apulia. It was one of the most important human and professional experiences of my life, during which I learned how to engage with the mechanisms of the regional bureaucratic system and came to understand the potential for implementing a new way of doing politics within institutions, while remaining faithful to the ideas of the Five Star Movement and consistent with my values.

In my work, I consistently pay close attention to the world of businesses and associations, with the aim of creating a strong link between our territories in Southern Italy and Europe.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
